Why A1DesignBuild?
A1DesignBuild started with a vision: serve Bellingham and Whatcom County WA by building high performance homes and remodels. Our goal since Year One (1955) is to provide our clients with the best house design and building expertise in the area, and our 70+ years experience working in our community has proven results. Our 4.8 Google rating score is proof of that, and day in and day out our team of experts help turn home dreams into reality. Its a time tested design and build process.
If you ever want to talk to some of our previous clients, just let us know and we’ll connect you. What you’ll find is a level of care and intention that is most often overlooked in the construction industry: the things we value most are your vision, your budget, and your time, all focused on making sure we exceed the expectations associated with all three.
The premise and the promise has remained the same. By building homes for you that truly meet your needs, with the level of quality we all expect and want, we can build a community that is stronger than ever. Working together, we can provide a design and build solution that truly exceeds any and all expectations.
